All items are sent through Royal
Mail, by either 1st Class Recorded Delivery or
Special Delivery, both of which require a signature
on receipt. You will
receive an email confirming when your item has been
posted, along with the tracking number (if
applicable)
Items are posted the following
working day after payment has been received and
cleared.
Items sent by Royal Mail
Special Delivery are delivery the following working
day before 1pm, however please allow 1-2 working
days for items sent 1st Class Recorded. If you have
not received your item when expected to, according
to the delivery method chosen, please get in touch
and the problem can be sorted as soon as possible.
