back in December 2002 trading under the name ANR
Computer Supplies, selling computer components,
blank media and both wired and wireless networking
equipment. eBay
was the primarily selling tool,
on a small scale.
However, in
early 2004 things began to pick up and
selling began on a bigger scale, bulk purchasing
meant cheaper products and lower delivery overheads,
these saving were passed directly on to customers.
Selling mainly
Belkin Wireless network equipment as wireless
networks starting becoming common place in homes.
Concentration on good friendly service and speedy
delivery was key to gaining a positive reputation
and ensuring customers would return and recommend
friends.
Nobody wants
to wait for items they have bought on the internet,
so to cut down delivery times Items were
always posted as soon as they had been paid for,
which means if an order is received before 4pm, it
will usually be posted that day and be with the
customer the following day, which is always well
received by customers.
Investment an
eBay store to broaden
product base and variety in late 2006 opened up
markets to more potential customers.
